This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, staying organized, and contributing to the growth of a modern orthodontic practice.
Position Overview:
This is a dual-role position combining front desk coordination and marketing support. You will be the first point of contact for our patients while also helping drive practice growth through community outreach and internal marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk / Patient Coordination:
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional environment.
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate new patient exams and follow-up visits.
- Assist with financial discussions, insurance verification, and billing coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily operations.
Marketing & Practice Growth:
- Coordinate and execute community outreach events (schools, sponsorships, local events).
- Assist with internal marketing initiatives, including patient engagement and referral tracking.
- Help manage online presence (reviews, social media coordination, and content support).
- Organize promotional materials and in-office marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on marketing efforts and lead sources.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable multitasking and “wearing multiple hats”.
- A team player with a positive, adaptable attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the practice.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (for occasional local events and outreach activities, including some weekends).

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
